1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using Good Pool’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Good Pool provides pool maintenance, cleaning, and related services as outlined in our service agreements. Service availability may vary based on location and other factors.
3. Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid as specified in your service agreement. Late payments will incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.
5. Liability
While Good Pool takes every precaution to deliver safe and high-quality services, we shall not be held liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or misuse of pool equipment beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to their property for service delivery and for informing us of any specific requirements, hazards, or restrictions that could affect service.
7. Modifications to Terms
Good Pool reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated through official channels and take effect upon publication.
